These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website Memory Maps 3D and the purchase of products offered on it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
- We create custom 3D-printed maps based on GPX files provided by customers.
- We also offer premade maps created from GPX tracks of popular events such as marathons.
- Since each map is 3D-printed, small variations in color, material texture, or print details may occur.
3. Ordering and Payment
- Orders are placed through our website.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
- We accept payment by credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We currently ship within Europe.
- Estimated processing time for all orders is 1 to 5 business days.
- Delivery time depends on the destination country and shipping provider.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of these products, returns are not possible. In the case of defects, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order at memorymaps3d@gmail.com to request a refund or a remake.
6. GPX File Usage
Uploaded GPX files are used exclusively to create your custom Memory Map. Files are stored securely and are not used for any other purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping providers or incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
